Rick Hansen is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with Baird, serving clients from the firm’s Northern California offices. With more than two decades of experience in financial services, Rick works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop thoughtful, long-term financial strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. He has helped clients navigate changing markets and life transitions by focusing on disciplined planning, portfolio management, and ongoing guidance.
Prior to joining Baird in 2009, he spent over a decade at Wachovia, where he served as a Financial Planner before transitioning to his current role. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from California State University, Chico.
Rick is based in Northern California and has strong ties to the region. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and engaging in outdoor activities that reflect the lifestyle of the Sierra Nevada foothills.
